Thank you for choosing Rythmagica. We are committed to creating high-quality, reliable products that elevate your Taiko no Tatsujin experience. Below is our official warranty policy for the TDC10 and TDC17 drum controllers and related accessories.
✅ Warranty Coverage
- Drum Unit (TDC10 / TDC17): 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
- Drumsticks (C3 / F3 / F5 / F8): Covered for 60 days from delivery if breakage occurs under normal use.
- Free Performance Tuning: If you experience performance issues, we provide free tuning assistance. Simply email us at support@rythmagica.net.
❌ What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, drops, or impact
- Modifications or repairs not authorized by Rythmagica
- Use with unsupported or third-party accessories that cause damage
- Cosmetic wear and tear beyond the coverage period
- Loss or theft of product
📦 How to Request Warranty Support
To initiate a warranty claim, please send the following information to support@rythmagica.net:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video demonstrating the problem (if applicable)
🌍 International Orders
We provide global warranty service for all customers:
- Replacement parts/products will be provided free of charge under warranty
- Return shipping (if required) is the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise arranged
- In some cases, we may provide remote diagnosis or alternative solutions for local repair
📦 Transferability
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
⚙️ Firmware & App Support
All customers are entitled to free firmware upgrades and configuration support via the TDC Mate app (available for iOS and Android).
