New Feature: Controller Support for Steam RF on TDC10!

Since Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival (Steam RF) launched late last year, we’ve seen more and more players enjoying the game with TDC10. To enhance the experience, we’re excited to introduce a brand-new feature:

🎮 Controller Support for Steam RF! 🎮

With this update, you can now use a controller to navigate menus, select songs, adjust difficulty, and even pause mid-game—just like on consoles! This eliminates the need for keyboard navigation, making the experience more seamless and intuitive. Plus, for those with limited desk space, you can now simply connect a controller to TDC10’s Port B instead of using a keyboard.

Supported Controllers

Xbox Controllers
PS4 Controllers
Nintendo Switch Pro Controllers
Rythmagica SNES Controller

Most players already have at least one of these controllers, making setup easy and convenient.

How to Enable This Feature

1️⃣ Upgrade your TDC10 to firmware 2.32 (204).
2️⃣ Connect your preferred controller to Port B on the TDC10.
3️⃣ Enjoy effortless menu navigation and a more console-like experience on Steam RF!

💡 Bonus Tip: This feature isn’t just for Steam RF! OpenTaiko on PC also supports controller navigation. If you’re interested, give it a try and enjoy a smoother gameplay experience across different platforms!

Try it out and enjoy a better, more immersive Taiko experience on PC! 🎵🥁
